1. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

- Metro cities: 3–5 business days

- Non-metro areas: 5–8 business days

- Remote areas: 7–10 business days

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below that amount, a nominal shipping fee may apply and will be visible at checkout.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also log in to your AidVenture account to check real-time updates.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Always free shipping for orders over US $250.

All orders are shipped with a UPS tracking number.

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
